About

About this site.

PolyCognitive Leadership is an open reference site for a working framework on the leadership of enterprise AI adoption. It is maintained as a public good — no advertising, no email gates, no lead capture. Its purpose is to make the framework legible, citable, and useful to senior leaders, researchers, journalists, and educators.

The framework

Robert Blaga · Framework originator

The PolyCognitive Leadership framework was originated by Robert Blaga, an executive advisor and leadership trainer who has worked with 90,000+ leaders across 100+ companies and 70 countries. The framework is grounded in 200+ first-person interviews with CHROs and CEOs on enterprise AI adoption, conducted across two decades of practice. It sits alongside, and is intended as a practitioner counterpart to, the 2025 academic work on managing human-AI organisations — including Jarrahi and Ritala's principal-agent framing in California Management Review and the agentic-enterprise research at MIT Sloan and BCG.
